It happened again. As one chapter closed another opened up. My girlfriend Sequoia Redd will be leaving soon to hike the Appalachian Trail and I didn’t have anything to do until I was invited to Maryland to help out building a spiritual retreat/gathering place and who knows what other possibilities will evolve from there.
So on March 16th I’m going to a town called Clarksburg in Maryland, just North of DC. The property is nine acres with a few goats, an old barn that needs restoration and some rental units to be built. The garden project will be extended and we are planning to have a Sweat Lodge and other activities. A Sweat Lodge in the garden area is the coolest thing. It has the energy about it like you are going home when you get inside and the benefits of the advanced geomancy are amazing when the garden areas are designed in a way that compliment and enhance the Lodge. No one who has been to my Sweat Lodges has ever had a bad experience but I have to admit the Lodges that were in the garden areas were the ones that allowed the best effects. It feels like there is a special flow between the gardens and the Lodge and when you take home some veggies you are taking home some of the energy of that Sacred Site.
I’m looking forward to teaching classes and workshops again. I’ve enjoyed my part time and very short retirement from Shamanism. It was nice just being a regular guy for a while. I went back into construction and the daily grind of the working class. Things are rough out there and I may be called back to active duty to provide a place where people can come to reconnect with the Earth and align their own center as they deal with the struggles of daily life.
Carol, the woman in charge of this project, is a successful business woman who has an strong spiritual side and deep appreciation for the Earth. She has some great visions of things we can do and as we know in Shamanism, the flow will bring the right people at the right time and I’m looking forward to meeting them.

Dont stay gone too long, good luck with the project,ya’ll take lots of pictures.
Hi…I hope all is successful for you on your journeys…I will look forward to pictures as well…..Susan
